std/brotli and std/zstd are modules of their own so that a program links
with each library only when it uses it. Their development files are
libbrotli-dev and libzstd-dev on Debian and Ubuntu, brotli and zstd
from Homebrew, and mingw-w64-x86_64-brotli and mingw-w64-x86_64-zstd
in MSYS2.
